多重耐药菌的监管与医院感染暴发的相关性分析

目的：探索多重耐药菌感染的监测和管理对医院感染爆发的影响。方法：根据卫生部有关文件精神,严格管理,落实医院感染的督查、质量控制工作,及时收集、分析评估资料。结果：通过方案的实施,医务人员的医院感染防控意识明显提高,对多重耐药菌感染的重视程度加强,及时发现并控制了2次医院感染暴发和聚集性感染事件。结论：正确实施多重耐药菌感染的监测与管理,对防范医院感染暴发事件发生具有重要意义。

Correlation analysis in multiple drug-resistant surveillance and outbreak of nosocomial infection

Objective: To discuss the role of monitoring and management multiple-drug resistant germ infection in discovering nosocomial infection outbreak.Method: According to the Ministry of health relevant document,strict management,implement the nosocmial infection of supervision,quality control work,collect,analyze assess material in time.Result: Through the implementation of the scheme,the medical staff of nosocomial infection prevention and control consciousness distinct enhancement,to multiple-drug resistant germ infection degree of attention paid to strengthen,the timely discovery and control 2 nosocomial infection outbreak and clustering infection events.Conclusion: Correctly implement mutiple-drug resistant germ infection monitoring and management,to guard against nosocomial infection outbreak incidents.
