干扰素雾化吸入联合体外振动排痰佐治毛细支气管炎的疗效

摘    要:目的:观察重组人干扰素a-1b雾化吸入联合体外振动排痰治疗婴幼儿毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法:120例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为对照组、药物组和观察组,每组40例。对照组给予常规综合治疗;药物组在对照组的基础上加用重组人干扰素a-1b雾化吸入治疗;观察组在药物组的基础上加用体外振动排痰治疗。分析3组患儿症状、体征消失天数及治愈率。结果:观察组治疗效果优于对照组和药物组(P〈0.01)。结论:重组人干扰素a-1b雾化吸入联合体外振动排痰是一种辅助治疗毛细支气管炎的良好方法。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the curative effect of recombinant human interferon a-1b atomization inhalation combined with in vitro vibration sputum discharge treatment of infant bronchiolitis effect.Methods: 120 cases of children with bronchiolitis were randomly divided into control group,drug group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment;drug group was added on the use of recombinant human interferon a-1b atomization inhalation;observation group in the drug group based on the use of vibration sputum discharge treatment in vitro.Analyzing symptom,sign disappeared days and cure rate of 3 groups.Results: Curative effect of the treatment group was better than that in control group and drug group(P<0.01).Conclusions: Inhaling interferon a-1b combined with vibration sputum discharge is a simple,effective and safe treatment to infant bronchiolitis.
