中医药调控细胞自噬治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病研究进展

慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）是呼吸系统的常见病及多发病，发病率高且难以治愈。细胞自噬在COPD中具有双重作用，与COPD发病机制关系密切。中医药治疗COPD具有疗效显著、不良反应少等特点，并可以双向调节细胞自噬相关靶点。本文对中医药影响细胞自噬干预COPD的具体分子机制进行了归纳总结，发现其作用主要体现在促进细胞自噬、抑制细胞自噬两个方面。一方面，中医药可通过发挥对细胞自噬的促进作用，加速对炎性蛋白聚集体的清除，下调促炎细胞因子的释放，降低炎症反应；另一方面，中医药通过发挥对细胞自噬的抑制作用，减轻气道炎症，抑制细胞凋亡，减少肺组织损伤。

Research Progress on the Regulation of Autophagy by Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) is a common and frequently-occurring respiratory disease with high incidence and difficult to cure. Autophagy has a dual role in COPD and is closely related to the pathogenesis of COPD. Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in the treatment of COPD has the characteristics of significant efficacy, less adverse reactions, and bidirectional regulation of autophagy related targets. In this paper, the specific molecular mechanism of TCM''s influence on autophagy in COPD was summarized, and it was found that its function was mainly embodied in promoting and inhibiting autophagy of cells. On the one hand, TCM can promote autophagy, accelerate the clearance of inflammatory protein aggregates, down-regulate the release of pro-inflammatory cytokines, and reduce inflammatory response.On the other hand, by exerting its inhibitory effect on autophagy, TCM can reduce airway inflammation, inhibit cell apoptosis, and reduce lung tissue damage.
