生殖道沙眼衣原体和解脲支原体感染与自然流产的关系

目的：探讨沙眼衣原体（CT）和解脲支原体（UU）与自然流产的关系。方法：应用单克隆抗体免疫荧光法和分离培养法对50例自然流产（流产组）和50例住院分娩正常孕产妇（对照组）进行沙眼衣原体（CT）和解脲支原体（UU）的检测。结果：自然流产组CT和UU的检测率分别为40％和54％，与对照组比较差异有极显著性（P＜0．01），CT和UU复合感染率为24％，与对照组比差异有极显著性（P＜0．01），结论：生殖道消眼衣原体（CT）和解脲支原体（UU）感染与自然流产关系密切，可作为确定自然流产病因的指标。

On Natural Abortion Caused by Infection of Cervical Cananal Choamydi Trachomatis and Ureaplasma Ureadyticum

Objective To explore the effects of chlamydi trachomatis(CT) and ureaplasma urealyticum(UU) on natural abortion.Methods 50 natural abortional women(abortional group)and 50 hospitalized normal labor women(control group) were defected.The single clone antibody immune fluorescence method and the separate cultivation method were used for CT and UU assay.Results The detection rates of CT and UU in the natural group and the control group were 40% and 54% respeltively.There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.01).The compound infection rate of CT and UU was 24%.Conclusions CT and UU are related to natural abortion.They can be the index which will judge the cause of natural abortion.
