性病患者淋病和非淋病性尿道炎调查

目的 了解成都地区性病患者淋球菌、沙眼衣原体和解脲支原体感染现状及其变化情况。方法 用聚合酶链反应杂交梳方法对８２０例性病患者标本进行三种病原体的检测，并进行统计分析。结果 淋球菌检出率为２１．３％，居首位，三种病原体感染情况均以男性高于女性，这与两年前调查结果略有不同，当时淋球菌感染率为女性高于男性。两次调查均以年轻者感染率较高。结论 所查三种病原菌是该地区引起性病的主要致病菌，其感染有年轻化真

An investigation of gonococcal and non - gonococcal urethritis in patients with venereal disease

Objective To investigate the infection states of patients with venereal disease by gonococcus,chlamydia trachomatis,ureaplasma urealyticum in Chengdu region and its change of situation. Method The three kinds of pathogens involved in specimens collected from 820 patients with venereal disease in Chengdu region were detected by PCR hybridization comb and analysed statistically ,Result The positive rate of gonococcus was the highest 21.3% and the detection rate of all three kinds of pathogens in male patients was higher than that in females, different from those obtained two years ago. The infection rates of the three kinds of pathogens among young patients were higher than those among other patients. Conclusion These three kinds of pathogens are the main pathogens of venereal disease in this region, and the average age of the patients becomes younger and younger. Polymerase chain reation is suitable for clinical detection and epidemiological study of these three kinds of pathogens.
