复方补益中药抗白血病的实验研究

应用益气养阴方和补气养血方治疗淋巴白血病小鼠 L_(7212),发现两方均可显著提高其生存期(P<0.01及 P<0.05),但生命延长率较低(11.21%及7.5%)。从不同角度探讨中药作用机理,发现一方面可通过增强机体的免疫功能,提高机体的抗病能力,降低恶性变的淋巴细胞膜流动性,调整膜结构及功能,促其恢复正常状态以及有抑制或杀伤白血病细胞的作用。另对骨髓有一定抑制作用。临床上若有选择地与化疗药物同用,可产生协同作用。

EXPERIMENT OF THE COMPOUND TONIC OF TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE ON ANTI-LHUKEMIA

By treating the mice(L7212)suffered from leukemia with the deco- ction ot reinforcing qi and nourishing yin and the decoction of reinforcing qi and nourishing blood(concentration,200%;amount poured into the stomach, 0.6ml/day/mouse),we found that the living time of the mice could markedly be prolonged(P<0.01;P<0.05),but the rate of life prolongation was low (11.21%;7.5%).The result suggests that both compounds have effect of resis- ting leukemia by raising immune function of body and strengthening ability of body against the disease,by reducing the membrane fluidity of malignant lympho- cytes and improving structure and function of the membrane,by inhibiting or killing leukemic cells.They have also certain inhibitory action on marrow,we consider that both compounds,combined selectively with chemical medicine in clinic practice,could give full play to their curative effect througth the coope- ration of them.
