摘    要:目的:探讨多层螺旋CT多平面和曲面重建成像对面神经管的显示能力及其在面神经管解剖研究与临床诊断中的应用价值。方法:回顾分析33例正常人与14例患者的多层螺旋CT面神经管曲面重建(CPR)图像与多平面重建(MPR)图像,并对33例正常人(66耳)各段进行测量。结果:33例正常人的面神经管迷路段在轴位扫描图像上显示最优,面神经管垂直段在矢状位重建MPR图像上显示最优。曲面重建图像可同时显示双侧面神经管。14例患者中有9例能良好显示病变段面神经管。结论:螺旋CT多平面和曲面重建技术有利于面神经管的显示及病变的诊断。

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate multislice helical CT curved planar reformation(CPR) and multiplanar reformation(MPR) in displaying facial nerve canal,and its benefits in clinical diagnosis.Methods: Faical nerve on CPR and MPR images in 33 normal cases and 14 diseased cases were retrospectively analyzed.Each segment of facial nerve canal in 33 normal cases was separately measured.Results: In 33 normal cases,images in the axial plane could show the labyrinth segment and horizontal segment of facial nerve clearly.The sagittal plane of MPR could show the mastoid segment.CPR images could show bilateral faical nerve on a single image.Nine of 14 diseased cases could be well displayed.Conclusion: Spiral CT with MPR and CPR is a useful technique for the evaluation of facial nerve canal of ear.The useage of the technique as a clinical routine is recommend.
