膝关节骨性关节炎电针治疗研究进展

膝关节骨性关节炎是临床最常见的骨关节炎。由于对该病的确切发病机理尚未完全明了，临床尚缺乏有特效的治疗手段．研究发现单纯应用电针或配合中药、推拿等治疗本病均有良好疗效。但目前医学科研设计尚欠严密，缺乏大样本随机对照试验，疗效评价标准尚未一致，疗效评判标准客观标准少，这些都不利于对各种治疗方案的优劣进行比较。同时电针采用的取穴原则、补泻手法、刺激的强度、频率、波型度治疗时间尚未有统一的标准。因此，有必要制定规范、统一、客观的治疗标准与疗效标准。

Therefore,it is necessary to formulate the standard,the unification, the objective treatment standard and the curative effect standard.
