动态血压监测评价替米沙坦治疗高血压的临床疗效

目的用24h动态血压监测评价替米沙坦治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法选择70例原发性高血压患者,予以口服替米沙坦片80mg,每天1次,疗程4周,分别于用药前及用药4周后行24h动态血压监测。结果70例患者中显效19例,有效45例,总有效率91.43%;服药4周后与用药前相比24h昼夜平均血压、白天平均血压、夜间平均血压、白天最高血压、夜间最高血压及血压负荷值均明显降低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论替米沙坦治疗原发性高血压疗效显著。

Evaluation on clinical efficacy of telmisartan in treating hypertension with ambulatory blood pressure monitoring
