江苏省城乡居民超重与肥胖流行状况

目的了解江苏省超重和肥胖的流行水平及其在人群中的分布特点,为开展相关防治工作提供依据。方法采用多阶段随机整群抽样方法和KISH表法确定15～69岁城乡常住居民4318人为调查对象,通过问卷调查获得人群基本情况和健康状况,并测量体重、腰围。结果江苏省15～69岁城乡居民超重率、肥胖率、中心性肥胖率分别为32.90%,9.94%,42.55%,农村均高于城市(P0.05);男性在20～30岁间、女性在30岁后超重率、肥胖率、中心性肥胖率增速最快;76.65%的中心性肥胖者同时存在超重或肥胖,95.58%的调查对象患肥胖相关疾病的危险度有不同程度升高。结论超重与肥胖是该省当前亟需应对的公共卫生问题,已出现农村高于城市的新的分布特点,应探索体重管理的有效模式。

Epidemical Analysis of Overweight and Obesity in Jiangsu Province

Objective To know the epidemical level and distribution of overweight and obesity in Jiangsu Province. Methods Using multistage random clustering sampling and KISH methods to choose residents aged between 15 and 69 as objects, using questionnaire and body measurements to get related information. Results The prevalence rates of overweight, obesity and central obesity among 15-69 years old residents of Jiangsu Province were 32.90%, 9.94% and 42.55%, respectively, all of the three rates were higher in rural areas than in urban areas. The prevalence rates of overweight, obesity and central obesity increased rapidly between ages of 20 to 30 in men and after 30 years old in women. 76.65% of the central obesity cases had overweight or obesity at the same time. Risk level of obesity-related diseases increased among 95.58% of them. Conclusion Overweight and obesity are important public issues in Jiangsu Province, with the new distributional character of higher prevalence of overweight, obesity and central obesity in rural areas than in urban areas, and should explore effective weight management model in the future.
