摘    要:暗紫贝母(Fritillaria unibracteata)为川贝母的主要来源之一,是我国特有的中药材,以地下鳞茎入药。用于肺热燥咳、干咳少痰、阴虚劳嗽、咯痰带血。由于川贝母对生长环境要求极苛刻,喜寒凉气候,野生分布于海拔3200~4500 m的高山高原草地上,低于海拔3000 m就不能生长,因此很难人工引种栽

Abstract:The experiments of basic medium selection and simplification were done in bulb culture of Fritillaria unibracteata with a view to obtaining the best results and reducing the production cost. The obtained results indicated that MS medium was the most suitable medium which could produce the highest yield of alkaloid among four types of media. Medium simplification experiments indicated that sugar was a suitable substitute for sucrose. It could not only reduce the cost of medium about 30%, but also increase the yield of alkaloid by about 22%. The substitution is worth being used in practical production.
