四君子汤对脾虚大鼠肠黏膜 TFF3蛋白表达及 TFF3mRNA 表达的影响

目的：探讨四君子汤对脾虚大鼠肠道黏膜 TFF3蛋白表达及 TFF3mRNA 表达的影响。方法大鼠随机分为正常对照组、脾虚模型组、自然复健组和四君子汤组，蛋白印迹（Western-Blot）法测定回肠黏膜 TFF3蛋白表达的变化，采用逆转录-聚合酶链式反应（RT-PCR）法检测 TFF3mRNA。结果与正常对照组相比，脾虚各组大鼠肠黏膜 TFF3蛋白表达，TFF3mRNA 降低。经四君子汤治疗后，大鼠肠黏膜 TFF3蛋白表达，TFF3mRNA 明显上调，优于自然复健组（P ＜0．01）。结论研究表明，四君子汤可增强 TFF3mRNA 与蛋白的表达，促进受损肠黏膜的重建与修复，增强肠黏膜防御能力。

Effects of Sijunzi Decoction on the expression of TFF3mRNA and TFF3 protein in intestinal mucosa of Spleen Deficiency Rats

Objective To observed the expression of TFF3 protein and TFF3mRNA in intestinal mucosa of Spleen Deficiency Rats,and further to discuss its effect on intestinal mucosa barrier of spleen deficiency rats.Methods The rats were randomly divided into four groups,five rats in each group.They are the blank control group,Spleen deficiency model group,the natural recovery group and the Sijunzi Decoction group.Western-blot was used to detect the expres-sion of TFF3 protein.RT-PCR was used to assay TFF3mRNA.Results Compared with the the blank control group, the expression of TFF3 protein and TFF3mRNA in intestinal mucosa were decreased in some degree;Compared with other spleen deficiency groups,the expression was increased significantly in the Sijunzi Decoction group（P 〈0.01）. Conclusion Sijunzi Decoction increased the expression of TFF3 protein and TFF3mRNA in intestinal mucosa of Spleen Deficiency Rats greatly,to promote the reconstruction and repair the damage of the intestinal mucosa,enhance the de-fense capacity of intestinal mucosa.
