消化道干细胞的研究现状和应用前景

干细胞是一类具有自我复制和多分化潜能的细胞,来源于胚胎、胎儿组织和成年组织。消化道干细胞的研究对于消化道疾病的发生机制的探索及其治疗有着重要的指导意义。此文对常见的消化道干细胞包括胰腺、肝脏、胃肠上皮干细胞的分离培养、鉴定和分化,以及临床应用前景作一简要概述。

Current researches and clinical application prospects of stem cells in gut

Stem cells, which originate from embryonic,fetal and adult tissues, have the capacity to self-renew as well as the ability to generate differentiated cells. Basic research on gut-derived stem cells is valuable in the mechanism and therapy of digestive diseases. In this review, the isolation, identification, differentiation and clinical application prospects of familiar digestive tract stem cells including pancreatic, hepatic and gastrointestinal stem cells are discussed.
