摘    要:该文分析了微创手术中使用的腹腔镜电外科器械对人体造成损伤的原因与风险,提出电外科器械的绝缘性能损坏是导致病人损伤的原因。预防损伤方法是对在用腹腔镜外科器械电绝缘性能进行检测。采用激励电压值和检测漏电流,计算其电阻值来判断绝缘性能。同时对检测漏电流的设备兆欧表、数字兆欧表与数字化方法绝缘检测仪的应用进行了分析,数字化方法绝缘检测仪检测方便、可靠,能精确地判断出绝缘层破损位置。

Injury of Medical Instruments to Human Body in Laparoscopic Surgery and the Prevention Strategies

Abstract:This paper analyzed the causes and risks of the injury to human bodies caused by the used laparoscopic medical instruments in minimally invasive surgery, and suggested that the cause of patient injury may be the insulation failure of the used laparoscopic surgical instruments.The precautionary approach is to detect the electrical insulation performance of the used laparoscopic surgical instruments.The electrical insulation performance of the used laparoscopic surgical instruments could be estimated by their resistance, which was calculated based on their excitation voltage and leakage current.Meanwhile, this paper also analyzed the equipment megohmmeter, digital megohmmeter and digital insulation detector used for the detection of leakage current.It can be concluded that the digital insulation detector was convenient and reliable, and could accurately judge out the damage location of insulation layer.
