摘    要:
综述了甲状腺功能亢进症、甲状腺功能减退症、自身免疫性甲状腺炎和甲状腺癌等甲状腺疾病啮齿类动物模型的建立方法,并对分化型甲状腺癌术后促甲状腺激素(TSH)抑制治疗大鼠模型的建立提出设想.

Abstract:
This paper summarized the methods for establishing the rodent model of hyperthyroidism,hypothyroidism,autoimmune thyroiditis and thyroid carcinoma,and proposed a method for establishing the rat model of thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) suppression therapy for post-operation differenti ated thyroid carcinoma.
