显微手术治疗前循环脑动脉瘤的临床疗效

目的：研究显微手术治疗前循环脑动脉瘤的效果。方法：选择2014年1月至2016年5月收治的40例前循环脑动脉瘤患者，随机分为对照组20例，行血管介入栓塞治疗；观察组20例，行血管显微手术治疗。比较两组患者的痊愈情况、并发症发生率、术中出血量及手术时间、术后恢复时间等。结果：观察组痊愈率为85%（17/20），对照组为50%（10/20），组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组发生并发症3例，对照组为5例，组间差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。观察组术中出血量少于对照组，手术时间和术后恢复时间短于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：显微手术治疗前循环脑动脉瘤可以明显改善患者的痊愈情况，降低并发症发生率，减少手术出血量，缩短手术时间与术后恢复时间，可以有效提高治疗效果，值得推广应用。

Clinical effcacy of microsurgery in the treatment of anterior circulation aneurysm

Objective: To study the clinical effect of microsurgery in the treatment of anterior circulation aneurysm. Methods: From January 2014 to May 2016 in the hospital 40 cases of anterior circulation aneurysm were selected and randomly divided into a control group with 20 cases treated with interventional embolization therapy and an observation group with 20 cases treated with vascular microsurgery. The recovery, incidence of complications, amount of bleeding during operation and the times of operation and recovery of the patients were compared between the two groups.Results: The cure rates of the observation group and the control group were 85%(17/20) and 50%(10/20) and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The complication rate of the observation group was 3 cases, the control group was 5 cases, and there was no signiifcant difference between the groups(P>0.05). The amount of bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group and the operation and postoperative recovery times were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Microsurgical treatment of anterior circulation cerebral aneurysms can significantly improve the patient’s recovery, reduce the incidence of complications and the amount of bleeding and shorten the operation and postoperative recovery times, which can effectively improve the treatment effect and is worthy of popularization and application.
