不同糖油比例高脂饲料建立高脂血症大鼠模型的比较

摘    要:目的 探讨不同糖油比例高脂饲料建立高脂血症大鼠模型的效果.方法 将40只大鼠分为空白对照组和3个高脂饲料(Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ)组,每组10只,分别喂饲全价饲料和3种不同糖油比例的高脂饲料,共6周,每周定时称量体质量和检测大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C).结果 3种配方的高脂饲料对大鼠体质量增长均无明显影响(P>0.05).各配方组每周的大鼠血清TC含量、LDL-C含量及TC/HDL-C比值均高于空白对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01).高脂饲料Ⅱ组每周的大鼠血清TG含量均高于空白对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05),高脂饲料Ⅰ组大鼠第1~4周的血清TG含量高于空白对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05),高脂饲料Ⅲ组大鼠血清TG含量除第2周高于空白对照组外其余各周与空白对照组均无统计学差-(P>0.05).结论 高脂饲料Ⅰ和高脂饲料Ⅱ均能快速稳定建立混合型高脂血症大鼠模型,高脂饲料Ⅱ效果更优;高脂饲料Ⅲ仅适用于建立高胆固醇血症大鼠模型.

Abstract:Objective To compare hyperlipidemia rat models induced by high-fat diet with different proportions of sugar and oil.Methods Fourty rats were divided into normal control group and three high-fat diet (Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ) groups with 10 rats per each.The normal control group was fed with normal diet,and the other three groups were fed with high-fat diet with different proportions of sugar and oil for 6 weeks respectively.The body weight and the total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in serum were detected weekly.Results No significant difference were observed on body weight among different groups.The TC,LDL-C and TC/HDL-C ratios in all high-fat diet groups were higher than those of normal control group at each time point.The TG in high-fat diet Ⅱ group was higher than normal control group at each time point,but was only higher at the first 4 weeks in high-fat diet Ⅰ group,and no significant difference in high-fat diet Ⅲ group except at second week.Conclusion Both high-fat diet Ⅰ and Ⅱ can induce combined hyperlipidemia rat models rapidly and steady,and high-fat diet Ⅱ is more superior.High-fat diet Ⅲ may be applied to induce hypercholesterolemia in rat.
