瑞舒伐他汀联合叶酸对60例老年缺血性脑卒中患者的疗效评价

目的：评价瑞舒伐他汀联合叶酸对社区老年缺血性脑卒中患者的疗效。方法：选取120例老年缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例，对照组给予瑞舒伐他汀治疗，观察组在此基础上服用叶酸片，对比两组患者治疗前后血浆同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）、超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、颈动脉中膜内膜厚度（IMT）、复发率等指标变化情况。结果：12个月后，观察组患者的TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C明显改善，hs-CRP、Hcy以及IMT明显降低，治疗效果明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：瑞舒伐他汀联合叶酸对社区老年缺血性脑卒中患者可以有效降低患者的血脂和Hcy水平，能够抑制炎症反应、稳定患者动脉粥样斑块，对预防和治疗老年缺血性脑卒中患者具有重要意义。

Effect of rosuvastatin combined with folic acid in the treatment of 60 cases of elderly patients with ischemic stroke

Objective: To evaluate the effect of rosuvastatin combined with folic acid on elderly patients with ischemic stroke.Methods:One hundred and twenty elderly patients with ischemic stroke were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 60 patients each. The control group was treated with rosuvastatin and the observation group was additionally given folic acid. The levels of Hcy, hs-CRP, TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C, IMT in the both group were determined before and 12 months after treatment.Results:The levels of TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C in the observation group were obviously improved and the levels of hs-CRP, Hcy and IMT were obviously decreased. The treatment effcacy was better in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Rosuvastatin combined with folic acid can reduce blood lipid and Hcy levels, suppress the inlfammatory response and also stabilize carotid plaque, which have signiifcance in the prevention and treatment of elderly patients with ischemic stroke.
