LEEP刀联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效观察

目的：探讨LEEP刀联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效。方法：收集2015年6月至2016年6月收治的宫颈糜烂患者58例，随机分为试验组和对照组各29例。对照组接受LEEP刀治疗，试验组接受LEEP刀和重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶治疗，观察两组临床疗效、不同时间创面愈合情况、治疗前后糜烂面积评分和阴道清洁评分。结果：试验组治疗总有效率为100.00%（29/29），对照组为86.21%（25/29）组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。试验组治疗后4周的创面愈合率为58.62%（17/29），显著高于对照组的17.24%（5/29），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。试验组治疗后的糜烂面积评分和阴道清洁评分分别为（0.42±0.09）分和（0.46±0.08）分，对照组分别为（1.40±0.29）分和（1.44±0.33）分，试验组明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：在LEEP刀基础上加用重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶治疗宫颈糜烂临床效果显著，可有效提高创面愈合效果，可作为优选治疗方案。

Observation of effcacy of LEEP knife combined with recombinant bovine basic ifbroblast growth factor gel in the treatment of cervical erosion

Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of LEEP knife combined with recombinant bovine basic ifbroblast growth factor gel in the treatment of cervical erosion. Methods: Fifty-eight cases of cervical erosion treated from June 2015 to June 2016 were collected and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group with 29 cases each. The control group received LEEP knife treatment and the experimental group received LEEP knife combined with recombinant bovine basic ifbroblast growth factor gel treatment. The clinical effect, different time of wound healing, the erosion area score and vaginal cleanliness score of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results: The total effective rates of the experimental group and the control group were 100.00%(29/29) and 86.21%(25/29) and the difference was statistically signiifcant(P<0.05). The rate of wound healing in the experimental group was 58.62%(17/29) signiifcantly higher than that of the control group after 4 weeks of treatment and the difference was statistically signiifcant(P<0.05). The scores of erosion area and vaginal cleaning of the experimental group and the control group were (0.42±0.09) and (0.46±0.08) and (1.40±0.29) and (1.44±0.33) and the differences were statistically signiifcant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The clinical effect of recombinant bovine basic ifbroblast growth factor gel in the treatment of cervical erosion on the basis of LEEP knife is signiifcant, which can effectively improve wound healing and be used as the preferred treatment plan.
