| Abstract: | Drawn on the past experience of clinic lab management and with a view to the future development of clinic lab, a new administrative reform program with proposed practical steps is here brought forth. A summary is made on the accomplishments gained through years' trial of the new program in the authors' hospital, providing a useful guide for the management of hospital clinic lab under the new circumstances. |
