社区卫生服务与医学人才设计

２１世纪的中国卫生将朝着社会大卫生、社区大卫生的方向发展。未来的社区医学人才必须根据社区卫生服务的变化进行重新设计，籍以推动医学教育模式的根本转变。我们对２１世纪的我国社区卫生服务的特点、社区医学人才发展的主体进行了探讨，指出在我国进一步实施培养面向社区的全科人才战略，是２１世纪我国社区卫生服务发展的必然要求。

The community health service and the designing of model medical specialists

In the 21st century, China's medical service will face a growing need of communities and the whole society. The community medical specialists of the future must be remoulded according to the changing needs for community medical service in order to push forward a fundamental transformation of medical educational pattern. The characteristics of China's community health service and the main body of such specialists in the days to come are here discussed with the conclusion that a program of bringing up an allround contingent of such specialists is a necessity for the development of China's community medical service of the 21st century.
