关于传染病专科医院出路的思考

传染病专科医院在保障人民身体健康方面曾经发挥过巨大作用，但由于社会、医疗机构、病人及传染病医院自身等因素的影响，现在传染病医院的业务呈日渐萎缩状态。为此，医院采取了加强外部工作，改善内部环境等多方面的措施。尽管如此，传染病专科医院床位使用率仍在不断下降，目前的任务就是要探索一条传染病专科医院发展的新路子，为此，作者提出：学科体制要改革，医院发展要转向，使传染病医院有一条理想的出路。

Thoughts on a new way out for the specialized hospitals for infectious diseases

The specialized hospitals for infectious diseases have played a great role in protecting the health of the people. But many such elements as the society, the health structure, the patients, and the hospitals themselves exercise negative effect which causes the business volume of the hospitals to shrink. Under the circums tances, they have to take various steps to strengthen their external relations and improve their internal conditions. Nevertheless, their sickbed occupation rate is continuously declining. The task at present is to find a new way out of the slump onto a boom track. For this, the author suggests that the branch structure of the hospitals should be restructured and their development effort reorientated so that they would be put on an ideal road.
