医院临床三级检诊质量问题及对策

目前，临床三级检诊中存在质量不稿，制度执行不严，管理薄弱的问题，其原因是医务人员的责任感与事业心不强，医师结构不合理，主任管理不力，标准不明，监控不力等有关。为此，明确要求，规范制度抓住重点，落实三级检诊，并加强对检诊工作中的薄弱环节和难点的研究，以便及时改进，提高医院医疗质量。
