广西甜茶叶总黄酮提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的]研究提取广西甜茶叶总黄酮的工艺条件。方法]以总黄酮含量和提取率为考察指标,采用正交设计的方法研究提取广西甜茶叶总黄酮的工艺条件。结果]影响广西甜茶叶总黄酮提取效果的主次因素为:乙醇浓度〉溶剂用量〉提取次数〉提取时间,广西甜茶叶总黄酮最佳提取工艺为加入20倍量70%乙醇提取3次,每次120min。结论]优化的提取方法效率高,稳定性好,可作为广西甜茶总黄酮的提取工艺。

Abstract:Objective] To study an extraction technology for total flavone from 1eaves of Rubus Suavissimus S.Lee.Method] the contents and extraction rate were considered as the observed index,the orthogonal design method was used in studying the process condition.Results]The primary and secondery influence orders of the extraction were as follows:first was the concentration of ethanol,second,the dosage of ethanol,third,extraction times and forth,the extracting minutes.The optimum process of the extraction technology which obtained through onefactor experiment and orthogonal design was: 70% ethanol,twenty-fold solvent,three times extraction and 120 minutes each time.Conclusion] The optimized method is stable and efficient.
