PBL教学法在临床医学教学的实践

摘    要:目的:用PBL教学法进行临床医学理论与实习的教学和评估。方法:将80名学员随机分为4组,A组理论教学与实习均采用PBL教学法;B组理论采用PBL教学法,实习采用传统教学法;C组理论采用传统教学法,实习采用PBL教学法;D组理论与实习均采用传统教学法。进行理论与综合能力的评估,以及师生问卷调查。结果:显示在实习教学中采用PBL教学法可提高实践考核成绩(P〈0.05),而在理论教学中采用传统教学法可提高理论考核成绩(P〈0.05)。学员对C组教学法较为满意。结论:PBL教学法在培养学生自主学习及创新能力方面较传统教学法有优势,但具体实施方式需要结合实际,逐步探索。

Abstract:Objective: To carry out teaching and evaluation of clinic theory study and practice with PBL teaching method. Methods: Classify 80 students into 4 groups, the students in group A will be tough with the PBL methods in both study and practice, in group B the traditional method used in study and the PBL used in practice, in group C the methods are adverse with group B, in group D only the traditional methods will be used. The teachers and students were investigated with questionnaire. Results: In the practice the PBL will improve teaching effect, but in the study the traditional method seem to be better. Conclusion: Two teaching methods have their own advantages, so in the practice the implementing should combine with the fact.
