PBL教学法在临床医学教学的实践

目的：用PBL教学法进行临床医学理论与实习的教学和评估。方法：将80名学员随机分为4组,A组理论教学与实习均采用PBL教学法;B组理论采用PBL教学法,实习采用传统教学法;C组理论采用传统教学法,实习采用PBL教学法;D组理论与实习均采用传统教学法。进行理论与综合能力的评估,以及师生问卷调查。结果：显示在实习教学中采用PBL教学法可提高实践考核成绩（P〈0.05）,而在理论教学中采用传统教学法可提高理论考核成绩（P〈0.05）。学员对C组教学法较为满意。结论：PBL教学法在培养学生自主学习及创新能力方面较传统教学法有优势,但具体实施方式需要结合实际,逐步探索。

Practice of PBL Teaching Method in Clinic Medical Teaching

Objective： To carry out teaching and evaluation of clinic theory study and practice with PBL teaching method. Methods： Classify 80 students into 4 groups, the students in group A will be tough with the PBL methods in both study and practice, in group B the traditional method used in study and the PBL used in practice, in group C the methods are adverse with group B, in group D only the traditional methods will be used. The teachers and students were investigated with questionnaire. Results： In the practice the PBL will improve teaching effect, but in the study the traditional method seem to be better.
