胎膜早破与难产的关系及处理

目的探讨胎膜早破难产发生率升高的原因。方法分析195例胎膜早破孕妇资料。结果195例孕妇发生难产71例，发生率为36．4％，对照组195例孕妇中难产39例，难产发生率20％。结论应进一步重视胎膜早破，对胎膜早破的孕妇加强临床观察，一旦有难产发生，应及时处理，以减少母儿并发症的发生。

Premature Rupture of Membranes with the Relationship and Deal with Dystocia

Objective To investigate the incidence of premature mpture of membranes increased dystocia reasons. Methods Analysis of 195 cases of pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes. Results 195 cases occurred in 71 cases of dystocia,the occurrence rate of 36.4% ,control group 195 cases of pregnant women in 39 cases of dystocia,dystocia incidence of 20%. Conclnsion Should be further em-phasis on premature rupture of membranes,premature rupture of membranes of pregnant women to strengthen the clinical observations,once the birth has happened, it is timely to deal with in order to reduce the maternal and fetal complications.
