全瓷冠与金属烤瓷冠在牙齿修复中的效果及安全性比较

目的 比较全瓷冠与金属烤瓷冠在牙齿修复中的应用效果与安全性。方法 选取2020年7月-2021年 12月北京市朝阳区东风社区卫生服务中心口腔科收治的100例接受牙齿修复的患者为研究对象，按照随机数 字表法分为参照组与研究组，每组50例。参照组选用金属烤瓷冠，研究组选用全瓷冠，比较两组临床疗效、 牙周临床指标（菌斑指数、龈沟出血指数及牙周袋探针深度）及并发症发生情况。结果 研究组修复总有效 率为96.00%，高于参照组的84.00%，差异有统计学意义（ P ＜0.05）；两组治疗后PLI、BI评分及PD高于治疗 前，差异有统计学意义（ P ＜0.05）；但两组治疗后PLI、BI评分及PD比较，差异无统计学意义（ P ＞0.05）； 研究组并发症总发生率为2.00%，低于参照组的16.00%，差异有统计学意义（ P ＜0.05）。结论 全瓷冠应用于 牙齿修复治疗中效果理想，能够降低并发症发生几率，是一种有效且安全的疗法，值得临床应用。

Comparison of the Effect and Safety of All-ceramic Crown and Metal-ceramic Crown in Dental Restoration

Objective To compare the effectiveness and safety of all-ceramic crowns and metal-ceramic crown in dental restorations. Methods From July 2020 to December 2021, 100 patients who underwent dental restoration in the Department of Stomatology of Dongfeng Community Health Service Center in Chaoyang District of Beijing were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into reference group and study group, with 50 cases in each group. The reference group used metal-ceramic crowns, and the study group used all-ceramic crowns. The clinical efficacy, periodontal clinical indicators (plaque index, gingival sulcus bleeding index and periodontal pocket probe depth) and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of repair in the study group was 96.00%, which was higher than 84.00% in the reference group, the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). The PLI, BI score and PD of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). However, there was no significant difference in PLI, BI score and PD between the two groups after treatment ( P >0.05). The total incidence of complications in the study group was 2.00%, which was lower than 16.00% in the reference group, the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). Conclusion All-ceramic crown is effective in the treatment of dental restoration, which can reduce the incidence of complications. It is an effective and safe therapy and is worthy of clinical application.
