0.05%地奈德乳膏治疗湿疹皮炎类皮肤病的效果

目的 探究使用0.05%地奈德乳膏治疗湿疹皮炎类皮肤疾病的有效性。方法 选取我院2021年 10月-2022年9月收治的70例湿疹皮炎类患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，各 35例。对照组采用1%氢化可的松乳膏治疗，观察组采用0.05%地奈德乳膏治疗，比较两组临床疗效、症状 评分及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后EASI及瘙痒 度评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 0.05%地奈德乳膏 在湿疹皮炎类皮肤疾病治疗效果较好，可有效缓解症状，且安全性较高。

Effect of 0.05% Desonide Cream in the Treatment of Eczema Dermatitis Skin Disease

Objective To explore the efficacy of 0.05 % desonide cream in the treatment of eczema dermatitis skin diseases.
