摘    要:近年来术中常用的脑功能监测手段是脑电图(EEG)与近红外光谱技术(NIRS)。完善的脑功能监测可及时发现术中脑灌注不足,减少术后认知功能障碍的发生,降低术后死亡率,改善患者预后。使用EEG和NIRS进行联合监测(EEG-NIRS联合监测)已经在临床应用,联合监测能够提供比单一监测更加全面的信息,客观准确的评估大脑的功能状态。本文将从EEG、NIRS以及EEG-NIRS联合监测在临床场景中的应用作一综述,为临床提供参考。

Abstract:In recent years, electroencephalographic (EEG) and near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) are commonly used to monitor brain function. Perfect brain function monitoring can timely detect intraoperative cerebral hypoperfusion, reduce the occurrence of postoperative cognitive dysfunction and postoperative mortality. All of these are positive for improving patient prognosis. At the same time, combined monitoring of EEG and NIRS has been used in several clinical settings. Compared to single monitoring, joint monitoring can provide more comprehensive information which can be used to evaluate the functional state of the brain objectively and accurately. This article reviews the clinical application of EEG, NIRS and EEG-NIRS combined detection, so as to provide reference for clinical practice.
