微创切除术治疗副乳腺肿瘤的疗效及美容效果评价

目的 探究在副乳腺肿瘤的治疗中运用微创切除术的临床效果及美容效果。方法 选择2021年 9月-2022年9月我院收治的60例副乳腺肿瘤患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表分为观察组与对照组，各30 例。对照组运用传统副乳腺肿瘤切除术治疗，观察组运用微创切除术治疗，比较两组满意度、手术指标、 并发症发生情况及疼痛程度。结果 观察组总满意度为93.33%，高于对照组的66.67%（P＜0.05）；两组手 术成功率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；观察组手术时间、愈合时间均短于对照组（P＜0.05）；观 察组并发症发生率为6.67%，低于对照组的26.67%（P＜0.05）；观察组术后1、7、15 d VAS评分均低于对 照组（P＜0.05）。结论 微创切除术治疗副乳腺肿瘤的临床效果良好，手术成功率及患者满意度较高，可 有效缩短手术时间及愈合时间，对于提高乳房美观度具有积极意义，同时能够减轻患者疼痛，降低不良反 应发生几率，应用安全性较高。

Evaluation of the Efficacy and Cosmetic Effect of Minimally Invasive Resection in the Treatment of Accessory Breast Tumors

Objective To explore the clinical effect and cosmetic effect of minimally invasive resection in the treatment of accessory breast tumors.
