四手操作联合心理干预在口腔正畸患者中的应用效果

目的 探究四手操作联合心理干预在口腔正畸患者中的应用效果。方法 选取桂林市口腔医院正 畸科2020年9月-2022年9月收治的120例口腔正畸患者为研究对象，采取随机数字表法平均分为对照组和观 察组，每组60例。对照组采取常规护理干预，观察组采取四手操作联合心理干预，比较两组心理状况、护 理满意度、疼痛程度及牙齿松动度。结果 观察组护理后SAS评分、SDS评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05））； 观察组护理总满意度为86.67%，高于对照组的75.00%（P＜0.05）；观察组术后1、6、12 h的VAS评分均低 于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组干预后1、3个月牙齿松动度均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 针对口腔正畸 患者给予四手操作联合心理干预的效果确切，可有效减轻患者疼痛，调节不良情绪，有利于改善牙齿松动 度，提高护理满意度，值得临床应用。

Application Effect of Four-handed Operation Combined with Psychological Intervention in Patients with Orthodontics

Objective To investigate the effect of four-handed operation combined with psychological intervention in patients with orthodontics. Methods A total of 120 orthodontic patients admitted to the Orthodontic Department of Guilin Stomatological Hospital from September 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the research subjects.
