超脉冲CO2在眼周年轻化中的应用效果

目的 探讨超脉冲CO2在眼周年轻化中的治疗效果。方法 选取2020年10月-2021年10月于我院行 眼周年轻化治疗的68例患者作为研究对象，所有患者均进行超脉冲CO2治疗。比较治疗前、治疗后1、3、6及 12个月眼睑松弛量化表评分，并观察不良反应发生情况、临床疗效以及治疗满意度。结果 治疗总有效率为 98.53%；治疗后1、3、6、12个月眼睑松弛量化表评分均低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（ P ＜0.05）；不良 反应发生率为5.88%；治疗满意度为97.06%。结论 超脉冲CO2可有效满足患者对眼周年轻化的需求，能够 改善眼睑松弛、眼周皱纹，且维持时间较长，具有一定安全性，患者满意度较高，有一定临床价值。

Application Effect of Ultra-pulsed CO2 in Periocular Rejuvenation

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of ultra-pulsed CO2 in periocular rejuvenation. Methods From October 2020 to October 2021, 68 patients who underwent eye anniversary rejuvenation treatment in our hospital were selected as the research objects. All patients were treated with ultra-pulsed CO2. The scores of eyelid relaxation quantitative table before treatment and 1,3,6 and 12 months after treatment were compared, and the occurrence of adverse reactions, clinical efficacy and treatment satisfaction were observed. Results The total effective rate was 98.573%. The scores of eyelid relaxation quantitative scale at 1, 3, 6 and 12 months after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant ( P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 5.88%. The treatment satisfaction was 97.06%. Conclusion Ultrapulsed CO2 can effectively meet the needs of patients for periocular rejuvenation, improve eyelid relaxation and periocular wrinkles, and maintain for a long time. Meanwhile, it has certain safety, high patient satisfaction and certain clinical value.
