A型肉毒素注射联合透明质酸填充在面部美容中的应用

目的 探讨A型肉毒素注射联合透明质酸填充在面部美容中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年 3月-2022年12月解放军联勤保障部队第九六九医院收治的74例行面部皮肤填充患者为研究对象，按照随 机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组37例。对照组采取A型肉毒素治疗，观察组采取A型肉毒素联合透 明质酸治疗，比较两组临床疗效、并发症发生情况、尊严感及自信心评分、治疗满意度。结果 观察组治 疗总有效率高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后尊严 感、自信心评分优于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 A型肉毒素注 射联合透明质酸填充在面部美容中应用价值较高，除皱效果确切，可提高患者尊严感及自信心，促进治疗 满意度提升，值得临床应用。

Application of Type A Botulinum Toxin Injection Combined with Hyaluronic Acid Filling in Facial Aesthetics

Objective To explore the effect of type A botulinum toxin injection combined with hyaluronic acid filler in facial aesthetics. Methods From March 2021 to December 2022, 74 patients with facial skin filling admitted to the 969th Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of PLA were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 37 cases in each group. The control group was treated with type A botulinum toxin, and the observation group was treated with type A botulinum toxin combined with hyaluronic acid.
