| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨心理护理在断指再植患者中的应用价值。方法 选取我院骨科八病区2019年1月-2021年 4月收治的92例断指再植患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为A、B两组，每组46例。A组予以常规护 理，B组予以心理护理，比较两组疼痛度、心理状态、生活质量与手功能优良率。结果 B组护理后VAS评 分低于A组（P＜0.05）；B组护理后SAS、SDS评分低于A组（P＜0.05）；B组护理后各维度生活质量评分 均高于A组（P＜0.05）；B组手功能优良率为95.65%，高于A组的78.26%（P＜0.05）。结论 心理护理在断 指再植患者护理中的应用价值较高，能有效缓解患者疼痛度与负性情绪，促进患者手功能恢复与生活质量 提高，值得临床应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the application value of psychological nursing in patients with replantation of amputated finger. Methods A total of 92 patients with replantation of amputated finger admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into group A and group B according to the random number table method, with 46 cases in each group. Group A was given routine nursing, and group B was given psychological nursing.
