| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨癫痫性精神障碍的临床特点和治疗方法 ,以提高本病的临床诊断率和疗效。方法 :对 4 2例癫痫性精神障碍患者临床资料进行回顾性研究。结果 :以精神症状为首发症状、误诊为精神分裂症后单用抗精神病药物治疗 ,疗效欠佳 ,合并抗癫痫药物治疗后 ,疗效较好的有 2 2例 (5 2 .38% )。结论 :癫痫性精神障碍若以精神症状为主要表现者 ,易被误诊为精神分裂症 ,临床上应予鉴别诊断 ,以降低误诊率 ,提高疗效

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristic and treatment method of epileptic mental disorder.Methods:42 cases of epileptic mental disorders were analyzed by retrospective.Results:There were 22 cases (52.38%) of psychotic symptom that were misdiagnosed as Schizophrenia.The therapeutic efficacy of the disorders was low with anti chlorpromazine alone; while anti chlorpromazine plus anti epileptic medicine showed good results.Conclusion:If the major symptom of epileptic mental disorder is psychotic symptom, they are often diagnosed wrong as Schizophrenia,should be distinguished in order to improve curative effect. |
