上海华东医院门诊药房药学服务状况调查与分析

目的:了解门诊药房药学服务的历史与现状,对今后工作提出设想。方法:对1994-2004年华东医院的药学服务资料进行分析。结果:门诊药房药学服务的主要内容和比例分别为:药物的服用方法和药物用途约占30%,合理用药、药物名称和药物不良反应等有一定比例。结论:门诊药房药学服务的质量有待提高,服务人员的医学、药学知识结构有待完善。

Investigation and analysis of situation of pharmaceutical care in outpatient pharmacy of Shanghai Huadong Hospital

Objective: To investigate the history and present situation of pharmaceutical care in outpatient pharmacy (PCOP) of Shanghai Huadong Hospital for guiding the future work. Methods: The data of PCOP of the hospital during 1994-2004 were collected and analyzed. Results: The main contents and their percentages in PCOP were as follows: drug administration, dosage and uses of medicines accounted for about 30%; rational drug use, drug name and adverse drug reactions accounted for certain proportions. Conclusion: The quality of PCOP and the medical and pharmaceutical knowledge structure of pharmacists remain to be improved.
