UF-50全自动尿沉渣分析仪检测尿中管型结果的分析

目的：探讨UF-50全自动尿沉渣分析仪检测尿中管型的准确性及其影响因素。方法：随机收取住院患者的晨尿标本600份，同时进行UF-50尿液沉渣自动化分析（简称UF-50）和显微镜（镜检）检测。将两种方法检测的管型结果进行比较分析。结果：600份标本中，UF-50检测阳性的有200例，而镜检阳性的有39例，假阳性率为29．1％；UF-50检测阴性尿标本400例，而镜检阳性的有7例，假阴性率为15．2％。结论：使用UF-50检测尿液管型存在着较高的假阳性率和假阴性率。假阳性结果主要由上皮细胞、结晶、黏液丝、脓细胞等有形成分引起。因此对UF-50检测管型阳性的尿标本应用镜检进行确证，而对管型阴性但尿蛋白阳性的尿标本也应该用镜检进行排除，以免漏诊。

RESULTS ANALYSIS OF URINARY CAST DETECTED BY UF-50 COMPLETE AUTOMATIC URINARY SEDIMENT ANALYZER

Objective：To study the accuracy and influencing factors of UF-50 complete automatic urinary sediment analyzer for detecting the urinary casts. Methods： UF-50 complete automatic urinary sediment analyzer and microscope were used to examine the casts in 600 morning urine samples randomly collected from in-patients .The two results were analyzed and compared. Results：In 200 positive cases examined by UF-50, only39 were confirmed by microscopic examination, the false-positive rate was 29.1%;in 400 negative cases examined by UF-50, 7 positive cases were detected by microscopic examination, the false-negative rate was 15.2%. Epithelium, crystal, slime filament, pus cells were always found in these false positive cases by microscopic examination. Conclusion：There are higher false-positive rate and false-negative rate in the examination of urinary casts by UF-50 complete automatic urinary sediment analyzer. Therefore,these casts positive urine specimen examined by UF-50 Meanwhile,the casts negative urine specimen also should be checked by microscope when the urine protein is positiye.should be checked by mieroscop .
