肝包虫病外科手术治疗的临床疗效观察

目的探讨不同手术方式治疗肝包虫病患者的临床效果。方法 72例肝包虫病患者被随机分为实验组(n=37)和对照组(n=35),对照组给予内囊摘除术联合外囊引流术治疗,实验组给予内囊摘除术联合外囊大部切除术治疗。结果实验组临床效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05),显示了更好的手术效果。结论内囊摘除术联合外囊大部切除术应用于早期肝包虫病患者的治疗,能显著提高临床效果,改善患者生活质量,是患者值得考虑的手术选择之一。

The Clinical Effect of Surgery Treatment for Patients with Echinococcosis

Objective To explore the clinical effect of different surgery treatment for patients with echinococcosis.Methods 72 cases of patients with echinococcosis were randomly divided into experimental group（n = 37）and control group（n =35）.Control groups were given surgery of excision of internal capsule combined with drainage of external capsule,and experimental group were given surgery of excision of internal capsule combined with excision of most external capsule.Results The clinical effect in experimental group were significantly better than that in control group（P〈0.05）,it showed better surgery effect.Conclusion Surgery of excision of internal capsule combined with excision of most external capsule used in treatment of patients with echinococcosis at early stage,can significantly enhance clinical effect and improve the life quality of patients,so it is a advisable choose for surgery.
