无痛人工流产术对患者心理健康的影响及护理干预

目的探讨无痛人工流产术对患者心理健康的影响及护理I：预的作用。方法将628例人工流产的早孕者随机分为A、B两组，A组316例（无痛人工流产组），B组312例（常规人工流产组）。对两组镇痛效果、血压、呼吸、心率、人工流产综合征、药物不良反应及患者术前、术后心理状态等进行比较。结果两组镇痛效果差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），呼吸、心率、人工流产综合征差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），血压无明显改变（P〉0．05），受术者心理状态差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论无痛人工流产及护理干预有效的减少了受术者的恐惧心理及人流合并症的发生，利于女性的身心健康。

Painless artificial abortion on the mental health of patients and nursing intervention

Objective To investigate the pain induced abortion on mental health of patients and the overall role of nursing intervention. Methods The 628 cases of abortion in early pregnancy were randomly divided into A, B groups, A group of 316 cases (painless abortion group), B group of 312 cases (conventional abortion group). Analgesic effect of the two groups, blood pressure, respiration, heart rate, abortion syndrome, adverse drug reactions and patients before surgery, mental state, etc. for comparison. Results The analgesic effect of the two groups were statistically significant differences( P＜0.01 ) , breathing, heart rate, abortion syndrome were statistically significant differences (P＜0.05 ), no significant changes in blood pressure (P＞0.05), by patients who mental state was significantly(P＜0.01). Conclusion Painless abortion and nursing intervention effectively reduce the fear by the surgeon and the flow complications from occurring, beneficial to women' s physical and mental health.
