早期规范康复治疗对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能康复的影响及意义

目的：对偏瘫患者早期规范的肢体功能康复的影响。方法：80例偏瘫患者随机分为康复组、对照组,于1个月、3个月对两组患者进行评定。结果：两组病人的日常生活能力都得到较好的恢复,但早期规范肢体功能康复组与对照组比较,在3个月时对比有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：早期规范康复治疗可对改善脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能恢复有显著促进作用,提高患者的生活质量,减少住院时间。
