人工舌——游离皮瓣再造的临床研究

舌癌外科手术治疗常造成半舌或大半舌缺损,不仅给患者造成语言、吞咽、咀嚼功能障碍及外观畸形且可导致精神上的创伤。为重建舌的外形及功能,我们采用前臂(桡、尺侧)皮瓣及肌皮瓣对21例舌缺损患者进行了修复与再造。全部成功,术后外形功能满意。本文介绍了舌再造手术方法,对舌的功能性修复及如何提高手术成功率进行了讨论和评价。

Artificial Tongue-Clinical Study of Isolated Skin Flap Reconstruction

Surgical treatment of tongue cancer often results in half or more than half tongue defects, which not only makes swallow, speech and mastication very difficult, but also causes mental suffering. In order to restore the contour and function of the tongue, we repaired and reconstructed 21 cases tongue defects by using radial or ulnar skin flaps and myocutaneous flaps in forearm since 1981. All the skin flaps survived. Post-operative shape and function of the tongue were satisfactory. The technique of tongue reconstruction was decribed and the functional repairing of tongue and how to raise the success rate of the operation were discussed.
