| 摘 要： | 产前胎儿监护在现代产科起着越来越重要的作用,特别是在围产期保健方面取得了巨大的进步。常用方法包括核磁共振、超声波技术、胎儿生物物理评分、多普勒脐动脉血流速度测定、胎儿听觉刺激试验、胎儿心电监护、胎动计数等,及时发现胎儿宫内异常情况可降低围产儿的患病率和死亡率。

| Abstract: | Antenatal fetal surveillance is a field of increasing importance in modern obstetrics,especially as results in perinatal care have recently made dramatic progress.The Methods:include nuclear magnetic resonance,ultrasound technique,fetal biophysics profile,Doppler flow velocity of the umbilical arter,the fetal acoustic stimulation test,fetal electrocadiography monitoring,fetal movement account etc.Finding abnormal conditions of fetal can decrease morbidity and mortality rate of the perinatal infant. |
