超声诊断胃癌周围转移及浸润112例分析

目的 探讨超声波对胃癌周围转移及浸润诊断价值.方法 空腹及胃充盈后观察胃肿瘤周围浸润及远隔器官转移情况.结果 超声诊断符合98例,部分符合9例,漏诊4例,假阳性2例,肿瘤显示率94.6%(106/112),诊断符合率87.5%(98/112).结论 超声可以对胃癌周围邻界组织、远隔器官转移作全面观察,与其它影像诊断联合应用,可使胃癌的定性及定量诊断更加完善.

Detecting the periphery metastasis and infiltration of gastric cancer with ultrasonography together with 112 cases analysis

Objective To assess the values of ultrasonography on detecing the periphery metastasis and infiltrations of gastric cancer.Methods Collect the abdominal ultrasonography data of 112 cases who had gastric cancer,of when their stomachs were empty and were filled with water.Results In 98 cases the ultrasonic results coincident with other resources,while 9 cases partially coincident,and missed diagnosis in 4 cases.still,it was turned out to be false positive in 2 cases.The accuracy rate in determing the cancer was 94.6%(106/112),and the coincidence was 87.5%(98/112).Conclusion Ultrasonography B can get a full-scale review of the periphery metastasis and infiltrations of gastric cancer,and can improve locality accordance and quantitive accordance rate of gastric cacer diagnosis.
