腹部闭合性损伤的超声诊断价值

目的：探讨超声检查在腹部闭合性损伤中的应用与诊断价值。方法：对93例腹部闭合性损伤患者进行全面、细致的超声检查,并与其CT检查结果、手术结果、出院时临床诊断结果做比较。结果：本组患者超声检查结果与CT检查结果、手术结果、出院时临床诊断结果符合率为94.6%（88/93）,85例患者伴有腹腔积液,超声检出率为100%。结论：超声能迅速、准确地对腹部闭合性损伤、内脏破裂出血作出诊断,在实质性脏器损伤诊断中发挥重要的作用。

The value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of abdominal closed injury

Objective：To investigate the applications and diagnosis value of ultrasonography in abdominal closed injury.Methods：93 patients of abdominal closed injury was treated wih comprehensive and detailed ultrasonography examination,and compared with the CT results,the surgical results and the clinical results.Results：The coincidence rate between the ultrasonography results and the CT results or the surgical results or the clinical results was 94.6%,85 cases were associat ed with ascites,and ultrasound detected 100% of them.Conclusion：With ultrasonography we can quickly and accurately make diagnosis of the abdominal closed injury,rupture of internal organs,it plays an important role in the diagnosis of vis ceral injury.
