摘    要:目的探讨颈动脉超声检测对原发性高血压病人颈动脉粥样硬化的临床诊断价值。方法应用高分辨率超声心动图对38例原发性高血压组病人和18例对照组健康者行颈动脉超声检查。所有研究对象均行冠状动脉造影。结果高血压组颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)明显增厚(高血压合并冠心病时尤其明显);斑块检出率显著高于对照组。结论IMT和斑块是动脉粥样硬化(AS)的可靠指标,颈动脉超声检测观察高血压病人AS病变情况有临床应用价值。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the value of clinically diagnosing carotid atherosclerosis with ultrasound techique in patients with essential hypertension.Methods According to the level of blood pressure,56 cases were divided into two groups:hypertension group(n=38)and control group(n=18).High-frequency transducer was used to detect the carotid in all cases.All cases were received coronary angiography.Results Intima-media thickness(IMT)was significantly thicker in hypertension group,especially in the patients associated with coronary artery disease,than that in control group.The percentage of detection of arterial plaque was also higher in hypertinsion group than that in ~control group.Conclusion~IMT and plaque were useful in prediction of atheroslerosis.To examine the carotid with ultrasound technique is helpful to observe the atherosclerosis in patients with hypertension.
