摘    要:目的:探讨翼点入路对Heubner's回返动脉的显微解剖及临床意义。方法:对10具(20侧)红色乳胶颈内动脉和椎动脉灌注头颈部标本Heubner's回返动脉在手术显微镜下解剖观测。结果:Heubner's回返动脉起始部多位于大脑前动脉的前交通动脉平面之远、近侧2mm范围内,而后依次是发自A1和A2。起始部常与大脑前动脉平行伴行,其行程多位于大脑前动脉的上方。其管径及走行方向的变异易被误认为大脑前动脉。结论:Heubner's回返动脉出现恒定,但管径、数目及走行可有变异。经翼点入路在大脑前动脉下臂解剖可减少损伤Heubner's回返动脉。

Abstract:Objective:To study more detail anatomic data of Heubner's recurrent arteries through pterional approach .Methods :Microsurgical anatomy and measurement about Heubner's recurrent arteries have been performed in the both sides of 10 adult red latex perfused cadaver's heads along with the path of pterional approach under surgical microscope.Results:Most Heubner's recurrent arteries arose from the anterior cerebral artery (ACA) at anterior communicating arterial level,and then is A 1 and A 2. Most Heubner's recurrent arteries coursed superiorly to the ACA.The anatomical variations of Heubner's recurrent arteries may be mistreat as ACA.Conclusion: Heubner's recurrent arteries are constant,but there are some anatomical variations about diameter,number and course in them.ACA should be dissected on their underside,so that the injury of Heubner's recurrent arteries arising from ACA can be avoided.
