| 摘 要： | 目的：研究在上皮来源恶性肿瘤细胞中免疫球蛋白样物质的表达。方法：采用免疫组化SP法，分别用鼠抗人IgG、IgA和I gM单克隆体对乳腺癌、肝癌、肺癌、膀胱癌等多种上皮来源恶性肿瘤瘤组织及其部分传代细胞进行了检测。结果：在上述 癌组织及癌细胞中有不同程度的阳性反应，与抗人IgG、IgD、IgA和IgM抗体反应阳性率分别为50.0%、85.7%、61.9%和45.2%。其中乳腺癌阳性率为100.0％ 。结论 ：在上皮来源恶性肿瘤中存在免疫球蛋白样物质 的表达，其性质和机制有待于进一步研究。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the feasibility of Ig-like substance expression in diagnosing epitheliogenic malignant tumors. Methods: Expression of Ig-like substance was examined by immunohistochemical staining in several specimens of epitheliogenic malignant tumor and a part of generated cells using mouse anti-human IgG, IgD, IgA and IgM monoclonal antibodies. Results: The overall positive rate of the reaction to anti-IgG, anti-IgD, anti-IgA and anti-IgM antibodies were 50%, 85.7%, 61.9% and 45.2% respectively. The breast cancer had a positive rate of 100%. Clusion: There are some Ig-like substance expressions in epitheliogenic malignant tumors. |
