生脉注射液治疗老年充血性心力衰竭的疗效评价

目的　评价生脉注射液治疗老年充血性心力衰竭 (CHF)的疗效。方法　将 99例CHF患者随机分为 2组 ,均予洋地黄、利尿剂和血管扩张剂等基础治疗 ,A组在此基础上加用生脉注射液静滴。 2组均连续用药 2周 ,用药前后进行多普勒超声心动图和血液流变学检查。结果　治疗后A组患者心排血量、心脏指数和射血分数均明显增加 ,血液流变学各指标亦明显改善 ,与治疗前比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1或 0 .0 5 ) ,与B组比较亦有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;临床显效率和总有效率亦优于B组 (P <0 .0 5 )。治疗期间 2组均无不良反应发生。结论　生脉注射液是辅助治疗老年CHF的一种有效而安全的药物。

Curative effect evaluation of Shengmai injection on congestive heart failure in aged

Objective It is to evaluate the curative effect of Shengmai injection (SMI) on congestive heart failure (CHF) in aged. Methods 99 patients with CHF were chosen and randomly divided into two groups. Both the groups were treated with foundation treatment such as digitalis, diuretic and vasodilator and so on. Group A was added SMI on the base of drugs given above. Both the groups were treated for two weeks. The Doppler echocardiography and hemorheology check were done before and after treatment. Results The cardiac output, cardiac index and ejection fraction all increased obviously and the hemorrheology also improved obviously. The differences were significant compared with those before treatment (P<0.05 or 0.01) and those in group B (P<0.05). The clinical excellence and total effective rates of group A were also better than those of group B (P<0.05). There was no untoward reaction in both groups during treatment time. Conclusion SMI is an effective and safe drug to treat CHF in aged.
