摘    要:目的设计并构建偏头痛患者临床信息管理系统,探讨合理的偏头痛数据库登录内容和结构。方法通过需求分析和查阅资料编写偏头痛患者信息登记表,采用C/S与B/S相结合的体系结构,SQLServer 2000作为关系数据库管理系统开发偏头痛数据库。结果开发了以C/S与B/S混合模式的偏头痛数据库管理系统,病例存储量大,交互性强,速度快,运行维护简易,数据处理方便。结论应用现代信息科学和计算机技术进行病例管理、存储和随访是必然趋势,医学单病种类数据库的应用将有助于全面了解偏头痛的病因、临床表现、预后等特点,为临床诊断和治疗提供依据。

Abstract:Objective To design and construct the database management system of migraine and investigate rational registry contents and structure of migraine database. Methods Through demand analyzing and consulting , compile the information form of migraine, then develop database by SQL Server 2000. The system is based on B/S and C/S combination of software architeeture. Results The database management system was successfully eonstructed, it has high rapidity, strong interaction and security, easy installation and maintenance. Conclusion Applications of modern informatics and computer technology greatly facilitates ease management and information mining. The single-disease database ean provide seientifie, objeetive and detailed information for the research and clinic works in order to know the factors, clinical situation and prognosis of the disease.
