| 摘 要： | 目的检测急性颅脑损伤患者血清中C反应蛋白（CRP）及乳酸脱氢酶的表达量，探讨二者在颅脑损伤中的临床意义。方法收集121例急性颅脑损伤患者和50例正常成人的临床资料，检测血清中CRP及乳酸脱氢酶的含量，分析其在不同临床特征及预后表达的关系。结果急性颅脑损伤患者血清中CRP及乳酸脱氢酶含量升高，重型颅脑损伤中的表达明显高于非重型颅脑损伤患者，死亡组患者的表达明显高于存活组。结论急性颅脑损伤时血清中CRP及乳酸脱氢酶含量升高，在颅脑损伤急性期联合检测血清中二者的含量对判断病情程度及预后有重要价值。
